She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenwood Powell and Dorothy Powell (Green); and her brother Granger Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her former husband Donald Hendricks; her children, Keichelle Hendricks of Keyport and Taj Hill (Alissa) of North Wells; her grandchildren, Jamaica Evelyn, Trinity Hendricks and Zora Hill; and her siblings, Alfred Austin Jr., Bernadette Foxworth and Linda Walker.
