He is survived by: his parents, Louis Cevasco and Emanuela Cevasco (Martha); his wife Karin; his daughter Riley; and his siblings, Maria, Louis and Jerry (Vicki). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
