He is survived by: his wife Theresa Monahan Costigan; his daughter Shannon Costigan of Keyport; his mother Beatrice Imhoff of St. Augustine, FL; his brother Michael Costigan (Colleen) of Point Pleasant, NJ; and his nephews, Colin Costigan and Connor Costigan.
