He was predeceased by: his parents, Maso Hailey and Martha Hailey; and his siblings, Priscilla A. Everett, Bernice Miles, Bernard Miles, Whitley Miles and Frederick Miles.
He is survived by: his wife Beaulah Ward; his sons, Dwayne Hailey of Cliffwood Beach, NJ and Derek Hailey (Yvonne) of Warner Robins, GA.; his grandchildren, Tegan, Briana, Madison, Steven, Christopher and Damion; his great grandchildren, Adelie, Lucy and Emilio; and his siblings, Velda Hailey, Cornelius Thomas, Joe Miles, Donald Miles, Ronald Miles, Christopher Miles and Charlotte Miles. He is also survived by friends and family.
