He was predeceased by : his parents, Irene Maguire (Murphy) and James Maguire; and his brother Jim Maguire. He is survived by : his wife Maxine Maguire (Sack); and his children, Dana Maguire, Kevin (Stacy Stackow Maguire), Jessica Maguire, Amanda Ventura (AJ), Katheryn Maguire, Jim (Jill Maguire) and Alysson Maguire.
