She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Jean (Labberfich) and Clarence Hyer (Richard Clayton); and her siblings, Ellen Allen, George Hyer, Bob Hyer and Richard Hyer.
She is survived by: her sons, Henry Peter Phillips of Keyport, Bob Clayton (Regina) of North Carolina and Charles W. Clayton (Risa Beyer) of Middletown; and her brother Victor Hyer of North Carolina. She is also survived by grandchildren, two adored great grandchildren and 21 treasured nieces and nephews.
