James Finney Sr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Finney Sr. of Keyport, New Jersey, born in Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on August 5, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Finney and Kathryn Finney (Hague); and his siblings, Colleen Ruether, Shirley Prince and Michael Finney.

He is survived by: his wife Maryann Finney (Pillz); his children, Erin Finney (Brian Esposito) of Keyport, Kathryn Lacovara (Pete) of South Amboy and James Finney Jr. (Megan) of Keyport; his brothers, Thomas Finney of Readington and John Finney of Dunellen; and his grandsons, Anthony, Michael, Henry and Wyatt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Jim to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
