He is survived by: his wife Margarita Lopez; his children, Concepcion Merino of Keyport, Reynaldo Merino of Keyport, Nicole Merino of Keyport, Evelyn Merino of Keyport, Elvia Luz Merino of California and Miguel Angel Hernandez; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Rivera, Daleyza Rivera and Davian Aguilar.
