He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie and Grace (Marie) of Washington. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela of South Carolina, Annette Phillips of Keyport, Quan Ying Eastman (Bruce) of Idaho and Sue Thomas of Connecticut; and his brother Frank of Washington. He is also survived by grandchildren and 3 adored great grandchildren.
