He is survived by: his wife Margaret Cummons (Smith); his sons, Christopher Leland Cummons Jr. (Mikayla) of Palm Bay and Matthew Allan Cummons (Kari) of Palm Bay; his mother Carole Maurer; his siblings, Michael Cummons (Jane), Jennifer Firth (Paul) and Rebecca Youncofski (Shawn); his mother-in-law Carol Smith; and his brothers-in-law, LeRoy Smith (Rachel) and Kenneth Smith (Dalal).
