He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Chuck" Bolte and Mary Bolte (McGuinness); his brother John Bolte; and his nephew Jordan Bolte. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Everson Bolte; his daughter Christian Bolte-Hudson (Allen Hudson); his grandson Sean Hudson; and his brother Michael Bolte of Keyport. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
