She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Patricia; and her aunt Rose. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Chaney of Keyport, NJ, Rory Chaney of Lauderhill, FL, Jett Van Note of Coral Springs, FL and Lance Van Note of Coral Springs; and her grandsons, Blake Dash and Mason Dash of Lauderhill.
