She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Julia; her granddaughter Julia Rose Graham; and her sister Dolores Magliaro. She is survived by: her husband Peter Jastrzebski; her children, Charles Ortiz, Jr. and Debra Ortiz Graham; and her grandsons, Kody Kurz and Michael Graham.
