She was predeceased by: her grandson Anthony J Jurgelevicius. She is survived by: her children, Mary Lavook and John Anthony Sr. (Jennie); her grandchildren, Alex Jurgelevicius, Angela McVerry (Patrick), John Anthony Prognano, Nicholas Prignano, Elena Prignano and Maria Jurgelevicus; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Casey, Emily, Anna, Patrick and Angelica. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
