She is survived by: her husband Edward James Prokopik, Sr.; her sons, Edward James Prokopik, Jr. of Honolulu, HI and Glenn Michael Prokopik (Tracy Devine) of Whitehouse Station, NJ; and her grandchildren, Logan of Josse, EJ, Olivia and Kendall.
