We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2018, Ronald J. Hornak (Kendall Park, New Jersey), born in Oceanside, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph J.; his sibling Bernard Hornak; and also Marguerite Hornak (Rudek). He is survived by: his parent Lillian Hornak (Zajack); his sister-in-law Joseph A. Hornak; his niece Natalie; his nephews, Timothy and Brian; and also, Richard Hornak and Carol Hornak.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
