He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, David Miller of Petaluma, CA, Stephen Miller of Kaneohe, HI, Greg Miller of Marietta, GA, Victoria Miller Moog of Pleasanton, CA, Donna Miller Fisher of Ocala, FL and Susan Miller of Miami, FL.. He is also survived by his extended family, especially his brothers' children and grandchildren.
