She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Manuel Benavente. She is survived by: her parents, Maximo and Andrea; her siblings, Erlinda Escapa, Josefina Escapa and Eduardo Escapa; her children, Carlos (Luz), Maritza, Elizabeth Benavente, Andrea (Louis), Juan Manuel, Raul, Freddy, Eddy, Jacqueline Benavente (Louis) and Elisa Benavente (Abel); and her siblings, Jose Escapa and Laura Escapa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
