He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gallacher; his children, William Gallacher (Tracey), Kevin Gallacher (Samantha) and Carolyn Slomkowski (Robert); and his siblings, Maria Raab, Sarah Gallacher and Frank Gallacher. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
