He is survived by: his spouse Generosa; his children, Thomas P. Perez, Jr., Jimmie Perez, Mary Santiago, Evelyn Mendez and Marisol Sagrista; and his sibling Inocencio Perez. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
