He was predeceased by: his sibling Miguel Balboa. He is survived by: his husband Peregrina Barreiro Balboa; his children, Vicente (Ramona), Alfredo, Jose Balboa (Dolores), Dora Lopez (Jose) and Guadalupe Oliveira (Anibal); and his siblings, Leonor, Consuelo, Leonardo Balboa and Manolo Balboa. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
