He was predeceased by: his sibling Thomas J. Boyd. He is survived by: his spouse Addie; his children, Steven B. Boyd (Alice) and Anthony K. Boyd (Maggie); and his grandchildren, Ava, Liv, Sat Madan, Leo Vartan, Gary Fisklin and Sid Rivchin.
