She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kollarik and Irwen Kollarik (Jones); and her brother David. She is survived by: her boyfriend John McDonald; her boyfriend's children, Sean and Alana; her siblings, John, Chris, Tommy (Micheal Kollarik) and Caryl Gately (Joanne); her daughter-in-law Susan McDonald; and also, Justin, Leah and Logan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
