He was predeceased by: his son Michael J. Davis, Jr.; and his sisters, Mary, Peggy, Patsy and Eileen.

He is survived by: his spouse Fran; his children, Lori Lyn Caristo (Nick) and Greg Davis (Brigette); his sister Sister Joan Davis; and his grandchildren, Christina, Michael, Megan, Ryder and Lorelai.
