She was predeceased by: her siblings, Janice Vautrinot and James Stapleton. She is survived by: her husband John F. Smith, Sr.; and her children, Diane Greco, John F. Smith, III and Christopher Smith. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
