He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Mylissa, Antonette and Lesther (Sheryl); his siblings, Catherine Vigilia, Sonny Agustin, Ana Marie Francia, George Agustin, Efren Agustin and Josephine Salumbides; his grandson L. A. Agustin (Daviea); and his great grandchild Leiea Agustin.
