He is survived by: his wife Cynthia (Forte); his daughter Jessica Lopez (Jared); his grandson Chase; his brothers, Gerry and Joey Greene; his mother-in-law Eileen Forte; and his sister-in-law Joni Lewin (Keith). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
