It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julia Leahy of Kearny, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry "Skeeter" Leahy; her son-in-law Daniel Jutkiewicz; and her brother William McCurley. She is survived by: her children, Jane Souza (Chris), Susan Jutkiewicz, Anne McCaffrey (John) and William Leahy (Kimberley); her grandchildren, Christopher (Michelle), Allyson, Jessica (Daniel), Justin, Paige, Julia, Keara, Brooke and Johnny; her great grandchildren, Valentina, Santino, Alphonse and Jamie; and also Donald McCurley.
