He was predeceased by: his daughters, Michele Olivier and Yvonne Olivier; and his stepson Christopher Ruttler. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Olivier; his children, Muriel Donofrio, Joseph Olivier and Michael Olivier; his stepchildren, Mary Kennedy, Anthony Ruttler and Matthew Ruttler; and his sister Joanne Bursack. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Olivier's final act was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
