He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Gloria Figueiredo (Mendes Tome). He is survived by: his children, Alfredo Figueiredo (Gloria), Jose Figueiredo (Norma) and Paula Amorim (Narciso); his brothers, Antonio and Nelson Figueiredo; and his grandchildren, Andre, Steven, Nicole, Daniel and Jennifer.
