He was predeceased by: his sister Carol McKewon. He is survived by: his wife Ann O'Rourke; his children, John V. O'Rourke, Jr. (Stacy), Gary O'Rourke and Renee O'Rourke Iorio (Rich); his grandchildren, Ryan O'Rourke (Nicole), Nicole Iorio and Brandon Iorio; and his siblings, Thomas O'Rourke (Susan) and Mary Ellen Gaffney (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
