He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Dunning; and his grandson John. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, John Jr., James, Deirdre and Colin Nisbet; his siblings, James D. Nisbet and Lilias Rae; and his grandchildren, Piper, Edward, Andrew and Tammy.
