He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela (Baxter); and his siblings, Bernadette (Palmisano) and Francis "Bobby". He is survived by: his sister Patricia Crumlish; his children, Tracey O'Neill (Frank) and James (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Sean, Morgan and Matthew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
