He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerzy Kijek and Krystyna Kijek. He is survived by: his wife Malgorzata; his daughters, Justyna Kijek and Anna Steiner (Robert); his grandson Lucas Steiner; and his brother Darek Kijek.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home, in loving memory of Jacek.
