Ilene R. Lusch Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ilene R. Lusch of Kearny, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Ilene farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ilene is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Corneilus Lusch; and her parents, William J. Costello and Rosalie Benner. She is survived by: her sisters, Laraine VanKampen (Edward) and Suean Romano (John, Sr.); her nieces and nephews, Janeen Collins (Jonathan), John Romano, Jr. and Anell Olivares; and her husband Richie Muller.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home (585 Belgrove Dr, Kearny, NJ 07032). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
