He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores C. Polo; his daughter Deborah Anne Fergie; his grandson Christopher Michael Rutzler, Sr.; his sons-in-law, Jack Fergie and Gene Rutzler; his parents, Charles Polo and Stella Polo; and his siblings, Anne Torella, Charles and John Polo.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Polo, Frank Polo, Jr. and Marianne Rutzler; his grandson Eugene Rutzler; his great grandchildren, Tara Cheyenne, Jakob George and Rowan Leigh Rutzler; and his siblings, Michael (Mary Lou) and Mary Polo.
