He was predeceased by: his child David Woupes. He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine Woupes; his child Joseph Woupes (Carolyn); his siblings, Daniel, Lois and Clifford; his sibling-in-law Maryann Howe; and his grandchild Mandi Woupes.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association would be appreciated.
