Eleanor Di Staso Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eleanor Di Staso in Belleville, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Eleanor shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Eleanor farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her son Frederick Di Staso; and her sister Nancy Gallagher. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Di Staso; her daughter Donna Mirabella (Patrick); and her granddaughter Raquel Mirabella.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home (585 Belgrove Dr, Kearny, NJ 07032). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Church (141 Washington Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the ALS Association.
