He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Winters and Louise Winters. He is survived by: his sister Donna Fitzsimmons (John); his niece Alison; his nephew Matthew Fitzsimmons (Amy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nora and Claire; and his godchildren, Taylor, Dean and Lauren Hays.
