With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Custodia Azevedo (Kearny, New Jersey), born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 15, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio J. Azevedo; her parents, Antonio M. Esteves and Irene Esteves (Monteiro); and her sisters, Edwina Ferrero, Ondina Esteves and Elizabeth Mascitelli.
She is survived by: her sisters, Adelaide Cabelo and Auria Policastro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the restrictions recently placed on occupancy in public spaces by the State of New Jersey in the ongoing efforts to limits the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Connie's funeral arrangements are private.
