She was predeceased by: her husband Maxwell; her parents, Mathias Stemplinger and Blanche Stemplinger; her siblings, Leroy, Robert Stemplinger, Dorothy Stemplinger and Anne Stemplinger Gross Cassidy; and her niece Joan Ellen Gassert (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Ben) of Pompton Plains, John (Maureen) of Landing and Jeff (Annie) of Clifton; her grandchildren, Christine of Hawthorne, Jackie (Mike) of Lake Hiawatha, Matt (Jen) of Morris Plains, David (Meggie) and Edward (Kiyomi) of Lewiston, NY; her great grandchildren, Maggie, Eoin and Ellie; and her nephews, Rev. Joseph Gross of Baltimore and Dr. Robert Stemplinger of Ft. Myers, FL.
