It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Ostrander of Kearny, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Randall L. Ostrander; and her brother William Scott. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl L. Bogdan and David R. Ostrander (Stacy); her sister Joan Smith; her sister-in-law Karlene Wagner; her granddaughters, Jessica and Nicole Bogdan; and her pet Abby.
