He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Marks and Lillian G. Marks (DeMio); his brother William Marks; his granddaughter Charlotte Marks; and his pets, Jingles, Lucy and Benji.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Marks (Bolger); his sons, Michael W. Marks Jr. (Ashley Alicea) of Keansburg, Joseph Marks (Rebecca) of Middletown and Ryan Marks (Jacqueline White) of Keyport; his siblings, Harold Marks, James Marks (MaryEllen) and Peggyann Marks; his sister-in-law Patricia Marks; and his grandchildren, Adrian Sabatino, Kirsten, Addison, Alahna and Maverick Marks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
