She was predeceased by: her siblings, Joseph Lynch, Judy and Joann Lynch. She is survived by: the father of her children Richard Waters Jr. of Atlantic Highlands; her son Waters III of North Middletown; her brothers, John Lynch of Leonardo and Peter; and her sister-in-law Brenda Lynch of Highlands. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
