He is survived by: his son Guydai "Doobie" Davis (Doobie); his wife Latoya (Toya); his sisters, Dawn Davis and Teena Davis; his aunts and uncles, Gilbert Davis Sr., William Phillips, Mitchell White, Vilma D. Lee, Brenda D. Andrews and Roberta Tolbert; his nieces and nephews, Tikeisha (Rod), Alecia, Dauvon (Christy), Ravyn (Cheronn), Bruce and Alvin Jr.; his parents-in-law, Donald, Doris Harvey, Sylvester Cheatum "Pop Dukes" and Bob Farley; his brothers-in-law, Tujuane and Erron Smith; and his brothers, Mark "Mas" Porter (Amy) and Alvin Gutridge Sr.. He is also survived by fourteen grand nieces and nephews; eight great nieces and nephews.
