She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Headden and Ruth Headden; and her children, Keith D. Rice Jr. (Sharonda), David G. Headden and Keisha Ann Rice.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Lewis; her daughter Pamela Rosko (Rice); her grandchildren, John, Tanayah, Milan, Ronnie, Treshaun, Ali Jr. and Aaliyah; her great grandchild Luka; and her friends, Elaine, Chrissy and Jeremy. She is also survived by many siblings, nieces, nephews, and adopted grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers family will be accepting donations.
