It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmen Lugo of Keansburg, New Jersey, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro and Carmen. She is survived by: her husband Santos Lugo; and her children, Telisia Brown of Anchorage, AK, Santos (Linda) of Winter Springs, FL, Minerva Millward (Richard) of Keyport, NJ, Victor (Laura) of Boonsboro, MD and Edgardo of Newton, NJ.. She is also survived by her five children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister-in-laws and various cousins.
