He was predeceased by: his daughter Dianna Calarco; and his parents, Giovanni Calarco and Rose Calarco. He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Santiago Calarco; his daughters, Joan Calarco-Ortiz (David Ortiz) and Anna Marie Calarco; his grandsons, Joseph Burgos (Gabrielle Hanvey Burgos) and Ethan Calarco; his nephews, Joseph Cavallo, Anthony Cavallo and Johnny Cavallo; and his siblings, Concetta Cavallo, Anna Calarco, Angela Maffei, Jenny Hemmer, Nancy Calarco and John Joseph Calarco. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation (3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Riotto Funeral Home (3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306). An entombment will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Holy Cross Chapel (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
