He was predeceased by: his siblings, Peter Hyra and Anna Lukaczyn (Peter Lukaczyn); and his in-laws, John Puszkar and Katarzyna Hyra. He is survived by: his sons, Roman P. Hyra (Noelle) and Richard J. Hyra; his siblings, Stefan Hyra, George Hyra (Maria), Maria Puszkar and Irene Cafiero (Bill); and his grandchildren, Liam and Addison. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
