She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Dominic A; her parents, William P. Fitzpatrick and Anna McKeon Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Mary Lynch, Dorothy Fitzpatrick, William Fitzpatrick, Eileen Traynor and Anne Fitzpatrick.
She is survived by: her sister Joan O'Donoghue of Rutherford; her children, Mary Mauriello Kelly (Tom) of Bellevue, WA, Barbara Mauriello of Hoboken, Elaine Mauriello of Hoboken, Gregory Mauriello (Janet) of Ludlow, VT, Mark Mauriello (Joanne) of Long Branch and Thomas Mauriello of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Nicholas Kelly (Sara), Claire Kelly (Robin), Todd Mauriello (Diana), Daniel Mauriello (Lindsay), Alice Johnson, Letizia Mauriello, Natalie Mauriello and Cornelius Kuhn-Larson (Bridget); and her great grandchildren, Dominic Mauriello, Marco Mauriello, Nicholas Mauriello, Alistair Liu and Sylvie Liu.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in her memory to Women in Need (WIN) or Doctors Without Borders.
